2018年3月21日、ミンダナオ日本人商工会議所は、茨城県のひたちなか商議所（会頭：鈴木誉志男氏）との友好協定の合意に向けて話し合いを行いました。
両商工会議所の友好協定が締結されれば、今後、交流によりビジネスチャンスが創出され、双方にとって大きなメリットになります。ミンダナオ日本人商工会議所はダバオへのビジネス誘致を期待しており、ひたちなか商工会議所は会員企業の人手不足対策及び新たなマーケット開拓に寄与できることを期待しています。
We , Japanese Chamber of Commerce of Mindanao had a meeting with Hitachinaka Chamber of Commerce, Ibaraki Japan regarding sisterhood agreement on March 21, 2018. If this is pushed through, both of the chambers will earn big merits from business opportunities. The Hitachinaka Chamber is looking forward to being able to contribute to development of Davao market and employing human resource in Davao that can compensate the labor shortage in Hitachinaka. On the other hand, JCCM expects to be able to invite more investors from the City.
